All orders will be despatched by first class post within 24 hrs of receipt of payment.We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier and delivery for first class post within the UK can take between 1-5 days depending when the item is purchased and delivery times of Royal Mail.
Returns:
Although we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please email us to arrange return and a refund. All goods may be returned upto 10 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original unworn/unopened condition so they may be. Unfortunately, if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons. To return an item to us, all you have to do is package the products carefully, include a brief note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (use a recorded delivery service for this). We will then refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange the items for other products if you prefer. We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights
